Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO).

CHARGE | On 12th August a Natalie Haynes from St Austell appeared at Cornwall Magistrates Court charged with breaching her Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO).

The CBO was issued by Plymouth Magistrates Court in 2017 to prevent and deter offending.

The CBO imposed strict conditions including restricting her from entering the boundary of any residence without the consent of the owner or asking for money or goods from any person unless for legitimate reasons.

Throughout late July to early August we received several reports from residents living in the town centre of a women matching her description engaging in such behaviour. Haynes was subsequently identified and arrested by the Neighbourhood Team on 11th August.

Haynes remanded to court for the breaches of CBO where she appeared on 12th August. The court have bailed her until 17th September for sentencing. We will update you with the result once we receive it.
